Major Hank Ashley is the commander for Area II. Prior to being promoted, Major Ashley was the Commander of Specialized Traffic.

Area II consists of Precinct 3, Precinct 4, and an investigation unit that investigates non-violent property crimes that occur in the aforementioned precinct areas.

The Area II command office houses the Area Major and the investigators.
